1. Workshop Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on 'The AI Fluency Workshop', you agree to the following terms.  Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Sonakai Consulting reserves the right to amend content, schedule, or facilitator in the event of unforeseen circumstances, without altering the overall value of the session. All training materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission. Sonakai Limited accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property during the event. Participation is at your own risk and attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety guidelines.

2. Workshop Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and deliver the workshop (name, email, organisation, payment details). Your data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties except where required to deliver the service (e.g., payment processors or venues). We retain booking information for record-keeping and tax compliance under UK law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We comply with all applicable UK GDPR requirements and minimise data handling wherever possible.

3. Workshop Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event; however, you may transfer your place to another person at no cost. If Sonakai Limited must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a seat on the next available session. Refunds apply only to workshop fees and exclude any third-party travel or accommodation costs.
